My bigonial to bizygo is 0.86 so its already wide

I just dont necessarily have flared gonions,.I dont even try to train them tbh

Fillers or a simple ramus lengthening+gonial flaring implant would ascend

The most brutal thing is when you have so many flaws but you know you can only earn so much money and spend so much time having surgeries that is actually realistic and won’t make you broke or fucked up

- Jaw implants
- saddled infra implants
- philtrum column fillers
- various skin procedures
- lazy eye surgery

Truth is, I can realistically do like 3-4 of those at best.

I will hopefully be doing a (second) surgery for my lazy eye free on the public healthcare which will hopefully actually maintain results and ascend me big because it’s a literal deformity, but the rest I need to save up. Easiest is rhino, but I have like no zygos, no orbital bones, and I am recessed.
