I will never listen to your dog shit opinion on surgery. Unless you done a rhino or something more invasive like a osteotomy i wont listen. You prob dont have the realistic expectation of surgery. I mean there are some rare exceptions if you actually been or talked with people who had surgery and seen many diff results irl. Like a guy working at a clinic or something.

Else its pointless, you have one view before doing sufgery then another one after. Also i am talking years post op aswell

I mean its mostly that people talk about it and dont ever do nothing and hate on every result and think they are so genius that there surgery will go like smooth rail. Also for me, i needed nose sirgery the most but bimax needs to be done for safe order since its revision too

Tho i get your point, this thread was made because many have unrealistic standards, have sesn frauded/edited pics and didn't do their research.

I personally agree with this point, i've seen alot of people shit posting on surgeons because they didn't do x amount of advancment or not the ideal result, while some surgeons are bad, others take alot of stuff into account that many people on this forum/community fail to understand.
