1. Finasteride has over 30 years of use with long term studies in the dozens done of it and its effectiveness

2. Risk/reward, even if finasteride was more risky then vaccines, the reward is infinitely greater. With vaccines the risk is possibly small but the reward is non existent

Science isn't inherently morally good, OR bad, it's amoral. It's humans with their own goals that use science as a way to further their own agendas, which can be seen as "good" or "bad", depending on who is the giver, and who is the receiver.
