It might sound obvious as fuck, but I just started using a clarifying shampoo once per week and it has been a massive game changer.
Finally my hair does not feel weighed down, nor does it feel too flat after I wash it. I live in a very very hard water area with a crazy amount of minerals (calcium carbonate mainly) in the water. This causes horrific mineral buildup and pH imbalance in your hair.
Literally everyone in my city complains about it.
The girls here are probably clarifying-shampoo-pilled already, but I will be gatekeeping this irl because it makes my hair better than all the other guys who have to deal with showering in such hard water on a daily basis.
