Depends , phones have lens distortion and it affects people with different features differently. I look subhuman with shit lighting, and bad angle if im on the phone. If i got lighting and a decent angle after 500 attempts i look decent. In the.mirror i'm mogging because no lens distortion and im in motion and mirror is more 3d like it has depth to it, phones on the other hand dont have the depth.

Also photos in the mirror is 2 dimensional and sucks, try shining the flashlight from your phone on your face while looking in the mirror and adjust it, thats the closest you can get to how you look.

Phones are snakes, for me, no matter what camera either rear or front, from 8 kms i will still lose angularity in my face even if its a video or photo. Idk how zooming and the front camera affects your face but in my experience i look different on any phone. Closest you can get to seeing your real you is the.mirror with good lighting or 2nd is a good camera used by photographers , those big ones are the only lens that wont show lens distortion or less angularity in photos. Those cameras are on the level of the human eye and some above it so obvs they will be accurate . Likes or no more answers

Same but i told u its bcs of the phones , i dont look as bad with the front facing camera compared to the rear. Could be that some phones have that option to change the lens, like the front facing one, one makes your surroundings smaller and you taller and the other one the opposite. Also as i said you dumbass that wont read carefully what i write. Its also ur brain playing u, when u look in the mirror u can only stare at 1 feature while moving but if u record a video u can look at them at the same time. Maybe u got body dysmorphia
