missed 2 or 3 fucking oppurtunities to ascend since 2019. If i was ready and wasnt in a stupid mindset like "im not gonn fuck anyways etc" i would ascend
1- dont drink heavily and if you gonna hangout with bitches always shower and be ready for sex anytime that it can theoraticaly happen, use viagra if needed
2- always try to get more nt and social and try to get a bigger social circle (HARD but if you give up it becomes HARDER)
3- always looksmax (even if you look 4psl), fashion etc and minor things like being outgoing will boost your attractiveness AT LEAST by half a point, and in correlation to how better you look it can boost your score UPTO 2 points
4- and if you wanna fuck dont be picky, 3-4psl bitches can be hot enough (if theyre not 300lbs landwhales)
start applying 1-2-3th things in your life asap or it will be ovER! its not over till you hit 50
i wrote these as an 4psl fat guy that acts like a high functioning sperg. 2022 and im still tryna looksmax and ntmaxx
