Nah not really

I used to be so fucking bad at talking to people, I would literally tense up and just stutter trying to find the words, used marijuana a lot (haven't gotten high for a while now) and I can speak super fluently to people without needing a substance

It comes with age as well. What I can do now I couldn't even fathom doing 3 years ago, rarely do I ever see a shy adult unless they're clearly mentally disabled
