its hard for me to demostrate those things with nothing to backup my confidence . like i would have to fake it and its pretty much impossible as its somethign you aquire from positive reinforcement and i had the opposite most of my life

That’s fair enough- you need to start farming some positive reinforcement somehow- I’m not saying don’t looksmax or get surgey btw- Infact I think you should. HOWEVER I think you need to be working on other aspects of becoming a well rounded high value male simultaneously
