If you play competitive games a lot, using cheats is the best way to reduce cortisol.

I remember when I was around 12 or 13 I used to play CS:GO a lot, except i had a shitty fujitsu laptop so i kept dying a lot which ultimately lead to a lot of cortisol spikes and a broken trackpad.
Eventually, I started using cheats. It dipped my FPS down from 45 to like 30 or something, but now I was able to get way more kills which basically killed off all the cortisol spikes due to rage. Also saved my laptop from being slaughtered (It still did a year later but not raging extended that lifespan)

Yes, this is why all people that are shit at games cheat instead of learning to be better.

wtf is the point of cheating there’s no fun in just killing everybody easily :lul:
 
Even simple stuff like charms help, it doesn't have to be full-on rage cheats like spinbot and anything in that category,
