Instead of asking yourself ''Why should i not be social?'' you tell yourself ''i am not gonna be social''
You then go around constantly finding excuses for your lack of social life while trying to delude yourself into thinking its what you think it is
If you really wanted to be social and even if you had some mental illness you could go and join a group for people that have the same kind of shit problems you have in life
You could make some friends with your own problems at groups
If you have BDD then go sign up for a real life outside BDD group and eventually hopefully you will adapt to the situation and start making some small talk and eventually who knows? But NOOOO you wont even do that because you are a chickenshit coward
Any thing you have there is some group for that where people that have it like yourself meet up and try to talk with each other

You prefer going to the online computer version
Atleast you could have made some progress but the only progress you have made is become semi''famous'' on some internet corner site that nobody knows about
