once i recover from my fracture ill start with sprints, i have been going to the gym exactly for 1 year and fixed my diet but starting to supplement

Supplements are giga cope and so is weightlifting, you have to be braindead if you think raw honey and leg day will change the amount of t your nuts produce every day. Jfl at you thinking transient hormonal fluctuations are meaningful in any way

Get mogged by the medical literature. Pick up the needle or cope. Even SERMS will do 100x more for you than some bullshit tongkat ali supplement. All you can do is make sure your diet isnt complete shit, get quality sleep, and not be a fatass.

More than trt if youre not hypogonadal. 250-500 maybe. And you want to be on high dose of AI since youre still in development, not sure exact dose tbh

Its absolutely comical that you think its a good idea to waste $50 on useless herbs when that money could be going toward syringes. You should be arrested for even suggesting such cope methods and wasting this guys time when he needs to take real action asap. And JFL, roids are not "hardmaxxing".

The more time you spend in development with high test the better. So lets say your development ends at 19. You will get exponentially more benefit from having optimal hormones from 17-19 than if you start from 18-19
