If you skip leg day, will you be able to build more muscle in your upper body?

Think about it: there’s a limit on how much muscle tissue your body can hold that is dictated by your hormones/genetics.
So hypothetically, if you max out your potential for natty gains on just your upper body, will you have better arms/traps/back than you would had you distributed the gains more evenly?
Skipping legs is not that big of a deal in my opinion if you have at least some meat on them.

I personally believe this is true.

Yes.

If you have good legs just sprint tbh 1-2 times a week, i have chicken legs without gymceling, so can't skip leg days.

Legs require a lot of recourses to grow.

I don't think the body is a DnD stat slider.
Focussing only one body part would just make it look bigger proportionally (+ you would be able to train it more often), but its not like it would be supercharged.

There is no need to skip legs just do Two quad exercises one hamstring and one calf (all RPE8-9) and after that add in a couple exercises for a lacking muscle group. Skipping legs makes you look weak, no one will like your toothpick legs and skinny calf's in shorts.

your maximum recoverable volume for upper body is probably between 30 and 40 hard sets per week for chest, back, shoulders and arms. You can definitely hit this and still have the recovery resources for 20 hard sets of lower body training per week.

Look the many threads on here about women appreciating developed legs & glutes. You’d be a fool not to train them at all imo.

No I think there is actually studies saying squatting and things like that wich work on your biggest muscles helps you gain a little easier in other areas. Even if you don't squat its good to work your legs with presses etc.

I don't think u would benefit more to upper body since it's like saying training 7times/week same muscles over and over will get u faster results, which is not true!Don't be a bitch and respect ur split, train those legs or u will end up like that guy Joe from family guy!
