Tretinoin is a serious lifesaver. In your case since the acne is minimal, use 0.025% I can recommend you some other products that I use alongside with tret, but everybody's skin reacts differently. (Tret is universally loved though, never heard of a bad experience with it)

AM: cleanse, apply clindamycin phosphate & benzoyl peroxide gel, 1.2%/5%, apply moisturizer
