Yeah but it's quite obvious to see someone is injecting on a test. If levels are above 2000 ng/dl that's obvious injecting. Even the fact test gonna show very low LH (lutenizing) hormone means the person is injecting Testosterone

The thing is though even if they know someone is on steroids would they actually snitch?
