First things first, if you take adhd medicine please let me know your experience (RELATIVE TO LOOKSMAXXING, so like socially)

adhd has messed up my life. i overanalyze every interaction with females and hate my personality. i also feel like ive been bottlenecked on my intelligence. i get very good grades from studying a total of 5 times in my life, and im able to very efficiently problem solve, but adhd haas taken it all away from me.

I've taken Vyvanse (40mg lisdexamphetamine) and methylphenidate (54mg)

It's really a game changer, you will have motivation to do shit, actually be able to focus on a task and complete it.
Also I noticed stims make me a lot more social and outgoing. If your fat as shit, they are goated for appetite suppression.

The biggest thing to avoid is dependance, self dosing multiple times, and long term use. Long term use is going to fry your natural dopamine uptake and production. Life is going to feel like shit without them, which can spiral to addiction. Avoid taking it multiple times a day or doubling the dose if you have something "important" or a test which you feel you need it for.

Ive taken 40mg Methylphenidate osmosis release for past 6 months and Ill say it has helped my focus my thoughts and I dont get as nervous if Im talking to a a girl anymore. Before, I couldnt look them in the eyes. but now I can and hold eye contact whilst listening to them quite well. I think taking a long release would be beneficial for you as it helps to reduce the crash and No zombie mode. Zombie mode is when your too locked in and I felt quite empty when I went zombie on adderall. In terms of focus, it obviously will help tremendously building good study habits and being able to focus for hours on end. hope this helps

i love you bro, i took my lil bros vyvanse a year ago which i probably shouldnt have before getting my diagnosis, it works so well. i have trouble doing chores and my personality sucks so this is definitely a plus for me to see. thanks.

Never noticed a difference , maybe I’m just fucked up. I don’t remember the last time I took the pill

I’m diagnosed and self medicate with Adderall sometimes. It helps with school a lot but the crash and insomnia sucks
