Energy, hormones and sleep are directly effected by your diet when naturally running. To make up for a good diet, you must take a ton of different drugs and stimulants to make up for it.

Especially for someone on PCT, a cholesterol high diet with plenty of good carbs (fruit) are needed for your body to produce hormones, definitely if paired with HCG. You can signal yourself to make more hormones, but if you don’t have the building blocks to make the hormones you’re wasting your time

Nah it is I know guys who had EDs as a kid and they still grew to 6ft
 
I keep seeing lm influencers eating bullshit and saying diet is cope it’s just eliminating competition, might as well try to save some lemmings
