Fitnesscel normies have an excuse for putting so much effort into achieving a body that (mostly men like) thinking it will get them in bed with women, but anyone here should know better. They neglect to do anything to make the one thing that matters the most, the face, look better. If you're bloated looking at a higher BF% it's not because you're too fat it's because you have no bones.

Nah you need myofunctional therapy and an expander simple as. 15% body fat is ideal though.

I'm too ashamed to put up my pictures. But when I've been low BF% my face looks horrible because I don't have these strong bones in my face.
