This dude's NCT is the worst I've ever seen. Even though his head is tilted in the picture, his left eye (from our perspective) is still negatively tilted. A normal, neutrally tilted eye on the left side of the picture from this angle would be pointing in a very positive direction. But his still manages to be negative. Now rotate the picture so that his head is no longer tilted and his NCT literally forms a 45 degree angle pointing downwards. The worst NCT by far.

Honestly, negative canthal tilt isn't a death sentence. I've seen them slay in the wild. From what i've seen, if your face is harmonious with this tilt, then you'll do okay, provided no failos.

I think that most cases of NCT are caused by soft tissue which is easily fixable. Extreme cases are caused by the shape of the orbitals. Cheekbone positioning determines how straight your lower eyelids would be, whether you would have scleral show or not.

Isn't that infraorbital rim implants? Canthoplasty surgery is simply repositioning the outer corner of the eye and placing it as high as possible then using stitches to fix the canthal tilt in place.

no its almond eye surgery/canthoplasty, taban literally makes an incision through your lower lid and places a small plastic piece at the bottom of the newly positioned lateral canthus (to act as a replacement for bone and hold it up)
