People who clench tend to have wider and shorter faces. If you want a shorter and more compact face then gently clench your teeth together. But I don't think there is a right and a wrong here, as long as your tongue is up and lips are sealed.

The upper teeth should be slightly ahead of your lower teeth, and your teeth should be close together when you relax your jaw Image isnt relaxed but it should look like that unless your alignment is fucked
