my ip is dynamic not fixed, so everytime i reset the modem it changes and a lot of the times the location of the ip has nothing to do with my actual location (like its a whole different state)

I remember when i was like 13 and playing GTA online private server the adm got mad i stole his car and ip banned me, i just turned off and on the modem and was back in the server 20 secs later and he thought i was a hacker and left me alone he even gave back the car i stole from him
