When that’s top 10-15% IQ, not exceptional but still pretty good and more likely than not whoever is using the word is like 100-105 IQ

If anything, having a high EQ is way more beneficial to a person than a high IQ. It's great to see 130+ on an IQ test but that doesn't mean you can see through the matrix and decode people numerically from the 1s and 0s that make them up.

Being able to understand people, network, and honestly just creating relationships that last are genuinely what fulfill a human life, hanging out with people that you built relationships with from the ground up, sharing drinks together, laughing, having a great time, fucking hot girls; that's what releases the dopamine. Fuck all the 1+1s and being able to ace tests.
