Basically one meal a day

To ex fatties we love to eat

There’s actually a way to maintain a super low bf and eat a lot and that’s just eating once a day in the span of 1h

Just have 1 single meal a day in 1h max and it will be unlikely ur gonna gain more calories than ur burning

Unless u during gasoline or some shit

First few days it might be hard since ur body is used to u eating many times a day but u get used to it quickly and ur not gonna be hungry

Preferably nothing processed but u can cheat since ur only eating once a day so even if u eat something bad ur only gonna get max 1000 calories that u burn in a day laying down anyway

Omad restricts your calorie intake. Sure you can gulp down Fast food of 5000 calories in an hour but it's impossible with good quality food.

I know

OMAD is ideal for leanmaxxing. Easily one of the best methods and I still eat whatever I like, so I don't have to get cucked by a diet of green slop and shakes
