DEEP VOICE is caused by powerful relaxation of the vocal chords, of which sedatives can do.

Often, broken, nasally, higher pitched voices, or scraggly, yelpy voices are caused by STRESS.

Stress or too much adrenergic, hyperactive, restless, agitated & or excitatory tonergics.

IOW, deep relaxation of the vocal chords will deepen it. Incredible sleep, sleep aids, drugs, etc.

Basically anything that helps knock you out like a doped out bear will make your voice deeper.

I've gotten at times super deep voice next day after binge drinking, or benzodiazepines, etc.

GABA powder can also do it, assuming you take enough for it to put you in DEEP relaxation/sleep.

Bottom line -- if you want a deep voice fast, sedate/calm yourself & relax VERY HEAVILY.

ive started supplementing with magnesium before bed and I wake up with a deeper voice. the two main uses are for sleep and muscle relaxation too so It makes sense.

If anyone remembers a user here named @quemirasman or something like that, he had a SUPER deep, Chadly voice.

Some kid from Argentina, I think? He was revealed/showed he took LOADS of benzos regularly, which further supports this.

He sounded like he had a super resonating, masculine, deep, relaxed sort of voice -- not TOO high that it's monstrous, but VERY deep.

If for nothing else we can assume it's because he abused benzos like a madman, which sedated him/relaxed his chords & improved his voice.

ALSO BONUS INFO: Shitty, nasally voices can be caused by high histamine, gut/post nasal issues, and thus allergies/digestion issues.

You might need or benefit from neti pot, antibiotics, nasal cleansing, back of throat, and maybe general gut/hormones fixing.

Sometimes you just sound like a bitch because your body is under high bacterial load, inflammation in gut/sinuses/throat, etc.

Kill that shit/wipe it clean with antibiotics, take vitamin K/D combo, increase or use androgens, & get digestion up to 100% again.

So if I take benzodiazepines every day for a year will my voice deepen atleast 50 hz, and permentally?

You don't even have to take them every day, nor any super high doses -- it's just more about adjusting your physiology.

And permanent is unlikely, as nothing is usually permanent without some minor regimen. But 20-30 hz is more realistic.

Thanks, and which benzodiazepines do I take as there are multiple different types? And lastly how often should I take that?

I looked into the risks, and its not for me, thank you though!
