so I did. that once it worked wonders
-Feel like a High T beast and love yourself admire yourself literally it will increase dopamine >Testosterone
-Use M Stack one pack last for 23days or so
-Drink Greentea everyday 3-4x times a day (Lowers myostatin) make sure you get a Lot EGCG water has to be cooked and hot
Dark chocolate too ( I didn’t eat lot from it tbh)
-Take your supplements Zink+Multivitamin
nutrition eat your protein and fats mainly drink energydrinks with sugar to help getting carbs in like I did
-Stretch your muscles like Crazy Till it hurts to create tears in muscle tissue
if you want to (do 3Set 10reps pushups everyday)
-Sleep good ( do some naps ) if you can
-Smoke Cigars and feel like a Boss( I don’t recommend it but I did smoke a lot and grew ) idk how’s possible
-Walk a lot outside
I gained a lot of lean muscle was in a caloric deficit and eat only 1600-1700 calories on average for 1 month it shook me

after half an year because of stress and shit
It was definitely noticeable muscle mass friends in my school thought I were on roids or something and how I get so big without training and sitting and home
my grandma told me that I got wide and gained a lot of weight
