Not much to write about - he stopped eating junk food, added in clean proteins, berries etc., started a tret/skincare routine, started working out regularly and dropped body fat.

Judging by the video I'd say he shaved ~8 years off his appearance.

But everything he did is common knowledge on any looksmax site

Ironically, he had great skin in the before. He literally just shaved and found better lighting. (car lighting is unbeatable somehow)
