and live in a big city, just walk through parks and search for groups of teenagers. They will be most likely drunk af and you can easily start talking to them, you don't even have to answer honestly lol just make shit up they are drunk anyway.

I did this the day before yesterday lol, was walking through the park at 24:00 and found a group lol, I was suprised how easy it was the cute girls also were interested in conversation with me, probably cause they were drunk.

Just do this a few times if you don't have a social circle urself.
