Here is my personal practical advice. Do charity because it's easy moral energy. When I saw a homeless man in the city, I gave him 200 rubles. Then there was another time of such an encounter, and I gave out 100 rubles, which made me think of how much I earn per shift and how much should I donate per month. The next time I encountered a homeless person in another place, I only had bigger bills in my wallet, and I had to overcome myself and give it (500 rubles) because I had no other option, I decided to give no excuses, and the book describes such situations, it must be a test, and your karma could suffer the most in such tests.

Confidence is absolutely enough if you have enough moral energy, obviously. If you stay stuck at Provocative, or Malaise (like Neets), or even Friendliness, of course confidence will never be enough and it's about looks, but if you're above, the entire world generates at your favour.
Also, you can easily get financial independence and defying risk success at surgeries (so, no waste of money and time), if you choose that as Prizes for your Process of change.
