If you’re over 150lbs and seethe about being skinny than you’re weak you wouldn’t last as a real framelet I been skinny all my life I never been at a normal weight age is bullcrap too I know plenty of people my age or younger that don’t have a hard time gaining weight they don’t gotta eat 3000+ calories like I do I’m cursed with these subhuman genetics why couldn’t I have been 5’10 170lbs like most men

I'm 5'10 145 right now cause I'm tryna leanmaxx but I'm not losing fat just getting skinner and losing gymcel progress 😢😢😢 beforeI was 165 and I'm almost the same bodyfat 😢😢😢 suicifefuel for my subhuman genetics

You eat regular small meals, not 3 big meals

i measured myself at the lower end of 6'2 this morning barefoot but a few weeks ago at 6'3 so i will just say 6'2 since i think it's more accurate

I'm in the same boat.

Easiest way to take in calories is simply switching your water intake with raw whole milk.

I drink 2 litres of raw milk 4.7% fat - that's like 1400 calories.

The rest is eggs, fatty meats, butter, some potatoes and fruit.

Me being 6'6 and need 6000 calories a day for 2 months just to hit 190lb and 3600 calories a day after that just to maintain

That’s the worst thing about having a fast metabolism we have to constantly be eating

There's a point of diminishing returns of losing weight/getting muh leanmaxxing especially if you're a boneless framecel. Like I can't imagine a 15 inch bideltoid, 5'6" subhuman trying to leanmaxx so he can be 110 lbs. but have abs ... yeah like abs will help with those stats loll

Plus the more weight you lose the less your organs weigh too which isn't exactly good, especially if you're a natty, framecel manlet worst

Like if you'reforcibly going catabolic to tissue/leanness/weight loss like an autist you gotta realize you're catabolizing ALL tissue, not just fat. The body doesn't just say, "hey lemme take all the fat and keep everything else perfect" NO. You are catabolizing everything unless on roids mby
