There’s some truth here, but it feels overstated. Nutrition and timing matter, sure, but genetics and overall hormone sensitivity probably do most of the heavy lifting. Plenty of late bloomers still end up with good craniofacial development.

wasn't chubby but I early bloomed. I think I have good facial development but I'll have to finish getting lean to fully see. Still a manlet tho
