was prob lhtn (confirmed IRL by reactions/compliments) 6 foot 1 for a good 2 months but extremely high inhib socially (around strangers of course)

not close but first things i did were rot in my room and stare at myself in the mirror approached 0 women talked to 0 strange women etc. i had women starting up conversations with me but in my head i was like they're just being friendly

when did i lower in height? im 184 cm so 6'0.5". if i post about being 6 foot its because i round down to make the difference in whatever im talking about seem more extreme. if i claim 6'1" its because im rounding up.

and i decreased because im slightly fatter and my cheeks are swollen from biting my cheeks at night otherwise they should be pretty hollow even though im not at my leanest. when my cheeks arent swollen im like HMTN i would say but im taking var rn to get lean again and will look really good in a few weeks with some new looksmaxxes
