One should be lean and only hold the amount of muscle his or her frame should be naturally be able to carry, that's excluding atrophies due to injuries or inactivity (muscle tear/bedridden etc).

A woman or man with a big gym ass and legs, a woman or man with big arms and chest? Take them to an island where there's no estrogen pills, steroids, supplements or equipment, make them swim and hunt every day for seafood and small game...

If you aren't a naturally strong woman/man and curvy/hot with tall, thick dense bones = YOU'RE FRAUDING.

I'm a 6'3 guy, quit gym in 2015, gained 33lb during the couple last months of 2024 (lots of meat and beer), am currently 200lb and guess what? My Waist-to-Hip-Ratio is still 0.76, VENUS DE MILO/APHRODITE'S RATIO!

Women need to pump themselves full of both estrogen pills, testosterone and workout every single day just to have the smooth fat/solid muscle combination I have, even though I'M A LAZY BASTARD!

I'm also an Elite-level performing Multiathlete.

Now FUCK NIGGERS, just so you know.

Nothing against Niggers, but saying Niggers is just so funny I can't stop saying Niggers anymore, please help me.
