It can be trained at least partially, most of the nerds I've met were ugly, short, awkward, etc. Back in my days, when you were socially shunned by others, you were only left with reading, studying, practicing all sorts of high-IQ hobbies, socializing with other nerds, etc.
Now though, there's too much brainrot content, and you're more likely to waste your time on tiktok, youtube, social media, play video games, watch movies, tv shows, anime, or do other crap that won't benefit you in any way.
