i can attest to this that i got hollow cheeks only after losing my baby fat, but i lost my baby fat between 15-16 which is typical so thats whrn i started noticing this. im also a ectomorph so im skinny naturally
check if any surgeries on cheekbone/zygos can give you hollow cheeks. If you see people who have hollow cheeks most of them have this weird facial depth which starts from cheekbones to lower third, i have low hollow cheeks maybe because my cheekbones are lowwow dude well i only have to wait 12 years or save 8k for surgery so its not that bad
