Most people don't live in third-world European nations with an HDI of 0.790 and a GDP per capita of 6,000$, such as Albania, Montenegro, and whatnot. So this statement doesn't really make any sense. Here in America (where we have a population of over 350 million), the average male height is 5'9 - 5'10; therefore, not being 4 inches above-average height doesn't really make you "less of a man."

I have been to amsterdam many times. Most of those natives deemed to be so tall are pretty short in my standing. Most women do not know how tall is six foot and above.
