you realize that under Spanish rule famine was common which literally breeds boneless people? and that poverty is still common breeds boneless people. just living a good life style can not get rid of generations of damages it takes generations for it to return to normal

Than you may not be high indo than. My grandparents are to some extent and kept the features till this day. As well with my uncles and mother. Even my father looks more indo and he was born poor in a single mother household. It’s test and nutrition and genetics. Can’t change your face after that
