I am a mid twenties khhcv.
I told my mother that I will only leave the house to engage with society, regularly, when I finally get a canthoplasty, bleph, septoplasty, orbital implants and eye ball surgery. I might also consider limb lengthening as I am only 184cm (subhuman) whereas all my cousins are 195cm moggers.
She then started crying and asked "What did I do wrong?". With heart felt compassion, I explained to her and my father that they had me too late, at age ~44 and ~65 respectively, which caused high mutational load, likely contributing to me being born prematurely and unnaturally, with congenital defects. I hugged my mother and told her I love her (which I do as she is my best friend).
These surgeries will be implemented before 30 yo so that I will be considered a human by the time I'm 30 yo.

That's incredibly depressing. I guess that will be my future if I get limb lengthening at 30 yo and can't walk for 2 years. Maybe it is not worth being 192cm and I should just be satisfied at 184cm. As all my cousin are north euro 195cm+ moggers I feel incredibly insecure being around them or rather anywhere in Northern Europe where average height is 6'2.
