jfl at my old self spending hundreds on skincare products, just to apply them facing a mirror, watching the products manboobs and lower belly rolls and twig arms
it makes me look so ND and sloppy in clothes, your just average, like how sad

You should be skinny-ripped at the bare minimum,

and honestly I spend all my money on diet and a gym membership and its way better and you should do the same
and alot of u face depression so that will fix it

my face did get leaner but this doesn't automatically mean more attractive, once I hit 22 percent bodyfat for me my face shows minimal difference upon getting any leaner
