It frys the food without unhealthy oils and cuts calories down by 50-80% so you can eat more while cutting and you can eat tasty food also without worry of oils making it unhealthy for the most part.

so many people think for cutting you have to torture yourself and only eat chicken broccoli rice when nah there’s so many alternatives to make it easier and no where near as difficult

Or you can inject some T and bulk to a swole 140 kg, so you can cut to 120 kg 1.5% body fat on Big Macs and rocky road ice cream.
