there is, expanding the palate its still doable even after 30 years old. its just a much slower process. incredibly hard but theoretically possible depending on specific cases after a certain age

i remember seeing a clip of joe rogan's podcast where he had a guest that talked about it. he was 30+ years old and said he expanded it in a couple of years if i remember correctly and about 6 pennies (americans measuring stuff)

im going to do some stuff irl so i might not answer in a couple hours, but if an orthodontist told you that something related about your jaws isnt fixable, i wouldnt listen to him or ask for another professional's opinion. my dentist keeps bitching about the fact that i have to remove wisdom teeth but dont want to take in consideration other solutions, while theoretically there are ways to find solutions to accomodate wisdom teeth such as expanding the palate or through other appliances. my orthodontist that put my braces when i was 15 kept saying how i had a small mouth but never done anything about it fucking retards lmao
