Face is more important I agree but not to some insane degree, I wouldn't rather be tall and average looking than a short htn.

Frame is important but people mention frame like a tall guy having a decent frame is some rare thing. In reality most tall men have larger frames than average height men, shoulder width has a high correlation with height. Manlets tell themselves that most tall guys have shit frames as a coping mechanism.
