I really feel for men and the way they’re often overlooked in society. There's so much pressure on men to always be strong and hide their emotions, which makes it hard for them to seek help when they’re struggling. Issues like mental health, depression, and even higher suicide rates among men don’t get nearly enough attention. In areas like family courts, where dads often fight an uphill battle for custody, or in schools where boys can be underserved, men face real challenges that just aren’t talked about enough.
