Let's put an example with day to day things. You go to the gym and there is a machine that isn't adjustable for your sice, you go to the supermarket and there's a shelf you can't reach. And that is SCSS (state of constant subconscious suffering). And it is subconscious because you know what is happening to you and what is going to happen (a thought that, in itself, would cause you suffering). Yet, right now or at some point. You don't suffer from it because you are engaged in an activity that subconsciously prevents you from dwelling on it. This is not pure suffering but it is potential suffering witch is still suffering. "Because not being able to reach a shelf or having a gym machine that doesn't adjust to fit you, is that suffering?" Yes, because it takes effort, and effort is a form of suffering. More specifically, a type of suffering that non-manlets don't experience. And there isn't any true way to cope with this, you will eventually have to face it. And there is a thousand examples where you can find the SCSS if you are a manlet.
