I was 59 kg once (dont know the bf) and even walking outside was different (in a tiring way) than my average days. And even then I didnt have hollow cheeks because I lack bones.

Below 12 and you'll get sunken eyes,the eye area in most cases (few have good infraorbital support) becomes a lot worse .
Not counting if you have big nose.

not worth it for me going down too much but yes it is all about case and case.

No method is precise enough to the 0.1.
But that method is probably one of the worse ones
What those are is they are accurately inaccurate
Use them to see progress not actual bf

Just get an idea by looking at your own body and judge bf that way

agree it is definitely case to case. Depends on your fat distribution and facial bones tbh. Some people will look like crack addicts at 10%, others will look like superman

I dont know much about .co

All can lose weight no matter the lifestyle that arguably also can he changed

Only ones that can't is those with rare diseases
Saying nothing can be done is just a defeatist attitude
