bro eat in a like a 200 cal surplus with a good varied diet that meet your nutrient needs while doing 45 mins of cardio, sleep 8+ hours and weight train like 4-6 times a week it will help you in looks and development. like just start doing it dont even think about it to much except from the nutrition side of it

Tbf I was planning to start in the summer but then I got a concussion which im still recovering from so I'm trynna take it slow

start with something like basic push pull leg split where you do 3 exercise per session to focus on and add more over time
like this for example assuming you only have access to free weights
Push
bench press 6x4
seated DB 6x4
triceps DB extension 6x4
pull
lat pull down/pullups 6x4
barbel rows 6x4
bicep curls(variation you like) 6x4
Legs
Squats 4x6
split squat 4-6
standing calf raises 6x4
if you have access to machines swap out the free weights becuase they allow you to target muscle groups with out putting fatigue on other parts of the body

Please let this be a lesson to you. Don't do activities that could injur you bad enough that you can't work out.

You can also lift with a concussion. Just go slow, higher reps, lower weight.

You can also lift in a crowded Gym. You just hit the muscles you need with what's available.
