I'm below 5.10 ie 5.8 ...this suifuels me a lot ...5.10 is a very good height neither short nor talll ..in that height you can have a very broad frame built as a tank and still be able unlike tall dudes ..I've become more religious these days , praying to God to increase my height

im 5ft 9 with a short torso and my best hope is increasing height in the spine through spinal decompression over long periods of time

Take mk677 and p6p to keep prolactin low.
And take cortisol reducers like ashwagandha.
