disagree entirely, the whole point of gymcelling is to fraud a wide frame, the narrower you are, the higher roi for visible clavicle enhancement, when you're already wide the gym won’t transform you at all really you'll just be a bigger version of yourself

You never mentioned height of course at 5'6 it won’t do shit, but if you're htn with a shit frame gymcelling is law, you can make it look at least normal if you hop on gear and train specifically for that purpose
