If you are fat or even slightly overweight as a teenager, dont listen to that muh calorie deficit stints growth bullshit. Doing deficit for a few weeks, or maybe some months wont stunt ur growth

Being fat during puberty is extremely bad. How i lost weight as a kid is skip breakfast instead drink black tea or coffee to suppress appetite and cut out all junk. Screw that raw milk or eating a lot to muh pubertymax or whatever that is temporarily, theyre too high calorie to lose weight. About coffee being unhealthy and shit dw its temporary only to lose weight only, you wont be drinking it throughout the whole puberty, only to lose weight, for some time

Honestly I get so enraged at my parents letting me eat 4k calories a day at 9 holy shit, I peaked at a time when I couldn’t even fucking jump at 11 (285 pounds) without back problems (which I still have 3 years later)
 
Can I ask how much exercise were you getting in when you were skinny as a teen? Did you do any sports? How long was your walk to school? Did you play outside often?

Just do at least 15 mins of cardio everyday, stop eating junk food and no fizzy drinks. Humans have been doing these things for ages I'm sure these changes won't stunt your growth.

Annoyingly my lil bro already beat me to the idea of not eating breakfast so if those cereal boxes remain unopened or loads go into the bin my mom will notice I've stopped eating breakfast. Any ideas to dispose of cereal so it looks like I'm still eating breakfast?

bro if I tell her I wanna quit breakfast it's gonna be a hassle for reasons I CBA to get into I need a way to get rid of the cereal so it looks like I'm still eating it. All I can think of is flushing it down the toilet but I'm not sure if that'd eventually clog it

It wouldnt clog it. Or put it in a plastic bag put in backpack and take it to school and dispose it into the trash there
