You really shouldn't consider surgery...
As you will probaly keep gaining weight making the surgery absolute to some extend.
It's harder to acknowledge what surgery is needed when fat.
Also you won't follow thru with surgery if you can't even follow a diet.

The first goal for anyone here should be to reach 10-13% bf before anything imo.

Water is indeed wet but fat fucks doesn't realise the importance of bodyfat levels.

if your hormone levels allowed you to get fat in the first place, and if you didnt have a fulfilling enough life when u were skinny to continue being as you were, then losing weight wont help u.
