If you're getting surgery just toss in buccal fat reduction

There's no harm in adding it. Just remove like 3-4CCs and done.

how much did u get again?
I mean when I got BFR they removed everything. I got really lean post op too so I had very pronounced hollows. Now I'm like 15% bodyfat or even higher 1 year post op, yet my face looks 10x leaner than it did when I was the same bodyfat in the past. Its insane.

I thought the same as you but until I had the surgeries I had I realised this is stupid advice for the most part if you’re having already quite invasive surgeries. I added BFR to a rhino and genio and it hurts like hell. There isn’t a single “safe zone” in my mouth or cheeks which means I can barely open it and eating becomes impossible. I would say if you’re doing something more minor or in another area of the face you can add BFR because it in of itself isn’t that bad recovery. But when you add it to other invasive surgeries trust me it isn’t worth it.
