I got a sliding genioplasty - forward and vertical

however after seeing the results (it was good, but I need more).
I may need a revision for more mm and an implant for shape because my chin is narrow. Or I might just ned an implant overlay. I'm not sure yet I sent my CBCT to the surgeon recently.

I also have decent chin assymetry

So next i'm gonna add more chin advacement, jaw angle implants and buccal fat reduction.

After that I should be solid, maybe tiny things here and there but yeah
